Exhibitor Season Passes are perfect if you are interested in booking multiple events, it makes sense to consider our best value-for-money options. We offer different season pass options which represent great value for money for businesses looking to grow their reach across the UK.
You can book for 5, 10 or all of our shows and each one comes with some great freebies, upgrades and benefits.
For all season passes, we offer a set of show credits with no expiry date and no blackout dates on any shows. You can select any at any notice and if we have availability you’re able to attend. If you change your mind about any particular show you can cancel at 7 days’ notice and retain your credit without penalty. It gives you complete flexibility.

For each pass, you receive the following benefits included at every show:

- Event Data File – GDPR Compliant including all exhibitors, delegates, speakers and sponsors
- Exhibitor Logo on event home page and on exhibiting page
- Complimentary upgrade to the best available space on the day
The standard price for this package on a per-show basis is £385 plus vat.
- Book our “Any 5 Shows” option we will provide you with 1 additional complimentary show within 12 months – £1,675 plus vat
- Book our “Any 10 Shows” option we will provide you with 4 additional complimentary shows within 12 months – £3,350 plus vat
- Book our “All Events” option and pay for 12 shows and come to all within 12 months – £4,020 plus vat
